In this monograph, Jan Pedersen investigates how metaphors are handled in three different genres of televisual light entertainment.

In 2025 Ana Rodríguez González defended her doctoral thesis From Morphology to Syntax. A Diachronic Study of the Swedish Possessive, with Special Focus on the Impact of Variation and Ambiguity.

In 2025 Milena Podolšak defended her doctoral thesis Motion metaphors in Swedish political speeches.

In 2025 Lova Meister defended her doctoral thesis Style in Subtitles: A Dialogical Approach to Characterisation in Subtitled Film and Television Drama.

Summer school 2026: Longitudinal Conversation Analysis: Empirical insights and methodological challe
The summer school in Greece on 11–15 May 2026 is primarily aimed at PhD students and other junior researchers, but is also open to more senior researchers.

Neurolinguistics in Sweden (NLS) will hold its second conference on 11–12 June 2026 at Stockholm University.
